This is a very useful USB replicator – not only does it charge up to 4 devices simultaneously at a very reasonable speed but also enables fast data transfer.
On my PC (macbook pro) , all USB memory sticks are getting recognised and read simultaneously, and the speed of data transfer is fantastic. When used as a charger, its output is limited to the output of the USB socket that powers it, so I was not expecting miracles. It would basically split the current amongst all the devices being charged, which is understandable, given that it does not have an external power source.
The connecting cable is about 1m long, which is adequate but obviously not sufficient to be used as a USB extension.
The unit looks very sleek with its aluminium surface and white trims. There are non-slip pads underneath to stop it from sliding about.
Overall, very pleased with the speed of charge and data transfer, so would happily recommend.
